Coldwell Banker Pinnacle Real Estate was established in 1994 by the owners of E.A. Mitchell Limited. Mitchell had been in business since 1957, and the partners wanted to jump to the next level by joining North America’s largest and most prestigious franchise network.
Under President Bob Nutbrown’s leadership, Pinnacle has become Coldwell Banker’s largest Canadian member, with 8 offices and 300 salespeople. We have also been Coldwell Banker Canada’s top-producing franchise for the last four years, and in 1997 we were admitted to Coldwell Banker International’s elite Chairman’s Circle, which includes only 92 of more than 1,600 franchisees worldwide.
