Maximum capacity of four people. No pets please. The terrain in the area is a little rough for toddlers; we wouldn't recommend you bring children under the age of 6. One bedroom has a queen size bed with a foam mattress, a full, private bath, and entrances to the exterior and common area. The other bedroom has two twin beds with foam matresses, a full, private bath, and entrances to the exterior and common area. The common area has entrances to both bedrooms, the patio (which leads to the dock) and to the firewood area. Included with the cottage rental is free firewood for the woodstove or fireplace as well as electric heat and gas barbeque, and all necessary kitchen utensils including fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, pots and pans. Equipment can be made available for shore lunches, if you want to cook some fish lakeside. The package includes linens, fresh towels daily, weekly maid service, bedding and blankets and a complimentary 'Welcome Package" to get you going on your first morning (bread, butter, jam, eggs, cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, sugar, soft drinks, and cookies) plus a complimentary souvenier Homeplace coffee mug. There are facilities available to freeze your fish to take home; remember to bring your cooler. You are also welcome to arrange one hour per day to pick up your e-mail or check your portfolio using our computer and Internet service. There is no phone in the cottage, but one is available at our home, next door. The cottage offers complete respite from the outside world; there is neither television nor radio in the cottage. Parking is free. |
